About the Role 

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient utilization, maintenance, and compliance of all vehicles.

Shift: Weekends and Holidays required. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Management: Support the supervision of maintenance, acquisition, and disposal of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

  • Inventory and Procurement: Manage inventory levels of spare parts, fuel, and other necessary supplies.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory standards and maintain proper documentation such as licenses, registrations, and insurance.

  • Cost Management: Monitor and control fleet-related expenses, identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.

  • Reporting: Generate reports on fleet performance, maintenance records, fuel usage, and other key metrics to support decision-making processes.

  • Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely and quality services.

  • Driver Management: Ability to communicate with drivers and help troubleshoot issues.

  • Ability to deliver as needed due to operational needs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • No more than one (1) moving violation in the last four (4) years

  • No accidents caused by you in the last three (3) years.

  • At least 21 years old.

  • No DUIs or DWIs at all, ever.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in fleet management (e.g., Certified Automotive Fleet Manager - CAFM).

  • Experience with GPS tracking systems and telematics.

  • Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices in fleet management.

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is starting $19-$25
  • This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
