PROGRAMMATIC SPECIALIST

Basic Functions & Scope

The Programmatic Specialist launches all advertisement displays each month, monitoring the setup and timely executation of all client campaigns.

 

 Position Responsibilities

Campaign Optimization

  • Establish and utilize Key Performance Indicators to bring the best quality traffic to the client’s website
  • Analyze website conversion statistics to maximize lead generation
  • Scrutinize data trends to determine the reason behind increases or decreases in website traffic and conversions
  • Stay current with latest features and trends in optimization

 

Campaign Build and Execution

  • Adjust bid numbers for each campaign
  • Effectively utilize and implement targeting information given by Account Executives and/or Google Analytics
  • Build campaigns for new customers within the appropriate platform
  • Monitor new and existing accounts for lead generation performance, troubleshooting accounts to ensure lead generation optimization
  • Assist in the formulation of client strategy for each campaign
  • Process orders through the Webstreak Dashboard, evaluating the budget distribution along with the consistent daily spending patterns
  • Stay current with latest features and trends

 

Internal Customer Relations

  • Compile and analyze data to provide Account Executives and sales team with account performance information
  • Respond to internal emails, and / or any other forms of communication, in a timely fashion, ensuring that the issues are resolved
  • Communicate effectively with other departments within Webstreak
  • Actively be a consultative resource for all programmatic products and services

 

 

 

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equal years of experience to demonstrate the necessary competencies required for the position
  • Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with a keen ability to effectively communicate ideas to coworkers and other departments
  • Knowledge of Social Media advertising and/or Demand-Side Platform is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize Demand-Side Platforms
  • Technical savvy highly desirable
  • Must be a team player in all avenues
  • Excellent time and task management skills
  • Strong desire to learn along with an eagerness to interface with new technologies

 

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

 

Working Conditions

Programmatic Specialists are seated for 6-8 hours per day, performing constant motions such as typing and using other computer equipment. Certain situations may require bending, squatting, or lifting objects that do not exceed more than 25lbs.
