Position Overview 

Are you comfortable explaining complex solutions to non-technical people? Do you enjoy solving unique business problems using HubSpot? We are looking for a Partner Channel Manager to join our team at Webstacks.

As Partner Channel Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Customer Success designing complex and business-critical solutions surrounding HubSpot. From discovery calls to closed-won, you will partner with prospects and customers to guide them along with their technical evaluation of Webstacks's offering of HubSpot services.

This position also plays an integral role in building and maintaining relationships directly with HubSpot sales representatives. As an Elite-level HubSpot Solutions Partner, our team is positioned to play a critical role in guiding new customers through HubSpot software setup, tool training, and initial campaign planning.

The Day to Day

Sales

  • Effectively qualifying leads by determining the fit for our services, addressing pain points, and setting the stage for a successful sales discussion.
  • Documenting all conversations so that the hand-off to the implementation team is seamless
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors in relation to the HubSpot Ecosystem
  • Contract creation and execution from initial conversation to signature with the oversight of Head of Customer Success.
  • Meeting sales targets.
  • Proactively seeks new business opportunities in the HubSpot partnership ecosystem
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of partnership initiatives in regards to new leads generated, revenue, and overall growth.

Solutions

  • Independently lead conversations with key stakeholders to extract relevant use cases and technical details required
  • Offer customized strategic and technical recommendations in regards to HubSpot.
  • Ability to weigh several potential technical solutions within the HubSpot product and offer recommendations for which will suit the needs of the client best.
  • Highly level expertise in how the HubSpot ecosystem functions, product level requirements, and overall implementations needed for different use case examples.
  • Advising prospects on potential HubSpot upgrades and related products needed.

Partnership

  • Maintaining regular contact with HubSpot representatives via email, Slack, and phone calls.
  • Creation of HubSpot educational and sales collateral to provide to HubSpot representatives and potential prospects
  • Grows our partnership by establishing contact and developing relationships with direct sales representatives and leadership while recommending solutions.
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Collaborate with senior management and other teammates to align our internal goals within our HubSpot partnership
  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with HubSpot representatives and offer new ways to grow the partnership

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • HubSpot experience is required. The person for this role will have a high level of understanding of HubSpot’s products, features, and capabilities. In order to offer customized and strategic solutions for prospects, this person likely has experience implementing within HubSpot and can speak to best practices.
