We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to focus on enhancing the discoverability & accessibility of content published on Webflow to maximize the impact of our customers’ sites. This Product Designer will play a critical part in accelerating Webflow’s next phase of growth, and help our customers enhance their reach.
You should have a strong grasp of the web design and development process, and a deep familiarity with site accessibility, discovery & SEO products.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- Reporting to the Director of Product Design
As a Senior Product Designer you’ll …
- Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem spaces and identify potential solutions
- Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
- Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
- Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers

- Experience designing complex products, preferably experience in:
- Designing Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Deep familiarity with site accessibility, discovery & SEO products.
- Some 0-1 experience
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
