Description
As the Director of Sales Operations & Enablement, you will work closely with all department heads to develop process, systems and infrastructure that boosts productivity and efficiency. You are responsible for leading and developing the Sales Ops team that works hand in hand with Sales Leadership to optimize and oversee KPIs and sales reps attainment to quota. This team also works with all department to create process and efficiency across departments. Overseeing the Enablement team that will focus on SDR and AE Onboarding, time to production and ongoing development.
Sales Operations:
Project Management and prioritize projects based on company need
Working across departments to implement process
Driving proactive information to Sales to help increase efficiency
Creating Team structure for future success
Sales Enablement:
Working with Marketing to drive information needed by Sales
Create and develop ongoing product and sales training
Work with department heads to create sales training for future products and growth into new markets

Requirements
6-8+ years' in Sales Operations and or Enablement experience with 2+ years as a leader in a software company
Demonstrated ability to design and implement sales processes & enablement plans
Experience with cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal and Marketing
Results orientated with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines
Deep experience with Salesforce and other critical sales tools
Experience building on-boarding and enablement plans in a successful, high growth environment
Expert in Sales Enablement tooling and Sales Methodologies (MEDDPIC, Challenger, Sandler, CVI, etc.)
Excellent people leader, able to recruit, inspire, hold accountable, and develop an top preforming team
