We are looking for a Brand Partnership Manager responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships across both established and emerging brands in order to drive awareness, advocacy, and customer acquisition in support of Ladder’s strategic marketing plans. This position will report to our CMO and will be based at our headquarters in Santa Monica, CA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create a multi-year partnership plan for Ladder that fuels the growth of the business
  • Identify, vet, and execute mutually-beneficial brand partnerships that span marketing to merchandising
  • Set up processes and procedures with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
  • Define and track KPI’s for brand partnerships and prepare monthly status updates for leadership
  • Act as a thought partner for our leadership as we use brand partnerships to growth the brand
  • Act as a brand advocate, educating and inspiring others with our messaging

The following should describe you:

  • 5+ years of experience in a partnership or a client-facing role, ideally within a high-growth or early-stage startup consumer products brand
  • Proven track record of establishing substantive relationships with brand partners that manifest themselves in mutually beneficial campaigns
  • A passion for understanding the consumer landscape and creating plans that put them at the center
  • Strong analytical skills that can ability to forecast, measure and report the results of your initiatives
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative manner with cross-functional partners
  • An innovative, growth mindset that can not only think of creative ways to propel the brand forward but possess the ability to execute
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment with the ability to work with little oversight
