We are looking for a talented individual to work with our leadership team and investors to tackle the highest-priority strategic and operational challenges as we continue to grow the business. You will work on a wide range of projects to add value in many parts of the company. As an early member of the team, you will play a critical role in continuing to shape our go-to-market strategy.

This position will report to Ladder’s President/GM and will be based at our headquarters in Santa Monica, CA. Externships or secondments of 6-12 months will also be considered.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take a data-driven approach to understanding new business challenges and develop compelling recommendations for the leadership team and investors
  • Analyze the our data to draw out actionable insights to improve the business and our customer experience
  • Track our progress, ensuring that the internal team and external partners are held accountable to milestones and KPIs
  • Wear many hats, with the potential to get hands-on experience in ecommerce, operations, product development, finance, technology, insights, business development, and everywhere in between
  • Identify, scope, and execute on high-priority strategic partnerships
  • Push forward high-priority, cross-functional opportunities in a project manager role
  • Assess our ability to win, and competitive threats in new and existing markets

Who You Are:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in management consulting, private equity investing, or a related analytical role
  • Experience in consumer or with digitally-native brands a plus
  • Comfort finding and working with both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Experience with taking large amounts of information and distilling it into compelling insights
  • Ability to create impactful presentations, and know-how and comfort of presenting to senior leadership in a concise and effective manner
  • 80/20 with a strong nose for value
  • Comfort with an ambiguous, constantly evolving role, with a “no task too big or too small” mentality
  • Highly motivated, intellectually curious, with a great sense of humor
