Wayve is a London start-up on a mission to reimagine autonomous mobility through embodied intelligence. We are the first to deploy autonomous vehicles on public roads using deep learning. We are pioneering the AI software, lean hardware and fleet learning platform for AV 2.0: a next generation autonomous driving system that can quickly and safely adapt to new driving domains anywhere in the world.

Where you’ll have an impact

As we continue to grow we need to ensure we have world-class people operations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion that sets industry standards, L&D that fosters growth & impact, slick HR processes that make people from all walks of life love working at Wayve, and allow them to do their best and most innovative work here. We are looking for someone who has experience in developing workplace wellbeing, performance and collaboration strategy to support a scaling team.

What you’ll bring:

  • MSc or PhD in occupational or organisational psychology, with 3+ years of experience in an industry setting
  • Extensive knowledge of workplace wellbeing and models of positive organisational behaviour
  • Experience in developing workplace performance and wellbeing strategy and driving evidence-based approaches to promoting flourishing in the workplace
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and the wider People team as a subject matter expert on leadership development, employee engagement, culture and wellness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Out of the box thinker, a maverick with high EQ

Logistics

  • This is a full time role 
  • The role will be based in our office in Kings Cross, with a minimum of 3 days in the office
