We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to be a vital member of the HR Team that will bring new talents onboard and help us improve time to hire.
As our team member, your primary task will be to keep tabs on talent pools and HR Analytics. This position is located in Barcelona (Spain) or remote and reports to HR Director.
Position Goal

Sourcing for the best talents around the globe to join our Zurich and Barcelona offices.

Primary Tasks
  • Selection and definition of attraction strategy using various sourcing techniques
  • Developing talent pipelines for the current and future hiring needs in various departments (R&D, Product, Design, Bizdev & Sales, back-office, etc.) 
  • Developing and implementing innovative sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates is generated in order to satisfy planned and emerging business growth
  • Interaction with potential candidates via social media and professional networks
  • Maintaining and developing professional relationships by attending social groups, conferences or job fairs
  • Creating and posting catchy and attractive recruitment ads on external job boards and social media channels, continually promoting our employer brand
  • Effective candidate and offer management 
  • Partnership with stakeholders to align and execute the attraction strategy and set up the interviews structure & questions 
  • Management of ATS and enjoys maintaining a consistent recruitment process
  • Generating analytical and well-documented recruiting reports
  • Working on other recruiting projects
Required experience & skills
  • Not less than 4 years experience in recruitment (tech recruitment experience is а must)
  • Deep understanding of modern recruitment tools
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of sourcing methods
  • Advanced English is a must
