We are currently looking for a Financial Manager. You will be a vital member of our Finance Department and will report directly to CFO.

Primary tasks

  • Complete financial accounting and reporting activities which include monthly closing process, invoice recording, cash allocations, balance sheet reconciliations, risk reporting and statutory audit support
  • Managing banking activities: accounts opening/closing, deposit opening. Managing foreign currency payments and preparing required source documents. Handling payment transactions in foreign currency (including at foreign banks)
  • Complete treasury activities which include loan rollovers, payment preparation, bank reconciliations. Maintaining and improving treasury procedures and policies
  • Cash flow monitoring and forecasting, managing account balances in several entities and jurisdictions.
  • Financial modelling
  • Preparing management account and board reports for several entities on a monthly basis
  • Managing business process improvement initiatives, participating in automation of accounting operations and forecasting
  • Supporting corporate compliance activities
  • Executing budgetary control system
  • Providing other support to the CFO


  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting
  • Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP reports as well as due diligence preparations
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experienced with accounting and online banking programs
  • Experience with public listed companies reporting
  • Great knowledge of accounting standards and compliance procedures
  • Ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage deadlines and change priorities
  • Able and willing to take on a multitude of tasks, accurate and with attention to detail, proactive mindset
  • Professional fluent English and German, Russian will be a plus
