We are expanding and are looking for a hungry and outstanding professional in the role as our Head of Investor Relations. This role reports directly to the CFO of the WayRay Group and will put you in touch with world-class investors. The role can be based either in Zürich, Switzerland, or in Los Angeles, United States.

Tasks

  • Lead and manage the Investor Relations function
  • Organize large funding rounds with the support of the Founder & CEO as well as the CFO
  • Ensure the group’s readiness for any potential liquidity event including an Initial Public Offering (IPO), Direct Listing, SPAC, or Trade Sale
  • Prepare investor materials and reports for shareholders and the Board
  • Lead the Q&A process in Due Diligences and support term and deal negotiations
  • Perfect the Financial and Business Model by constantly hardening the assumptions made and gathering further product and market intelligence
  • Refine the valuation approach used to value the company, structured financial products, stock options, intangible assets or employee incentive programs
  • Liaise actively on day-to-day inquiries from investors, shareholders, and Board members
  • Support the preparation of General Assemblies and Board meetings

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance or Economics from a top-tier university or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Investment Banking, VC, PE, Consulting or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an investor relations role
  • Well-networked (ideally in the United States)
  • Zero-defect work attitude and high attention to detail
  • Bold, smart and loyal personality
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills
  • Clear, confident, and inspirable way of communicating
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is a must, German, French or Russian are a plus
  • Interest in Hi-Tech and automotive market
