We are currently seeking a Technical Sourcer to be a key member of the Talent Acquisition department in Moscow that covers a broad range of roles, from Technical and Product to Admin, across recruiting the best talent from the market. As a member of this team, you will focus mainly on sourcing for technical positions for Optics, Software, QA, Platform Solutions, Design departments. You will work closely with our hiring managers and the recruitment team to plan and execute innovative hiring strategies, helping bring the world’s brilliant, ambitious professionals.

Primary tasks
  • Build the sourcing strategy for complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies
  • Work with different sourcing channels to build talent pipelines: research, referral generation, talent mapping, professional events
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search tools
  • Communicate with Talent Acquisition managers and hiring managers during the recruitment process to ensure their hiring needs and goals are met
  • Work with our ATS to store, manage and engage talent pools of appropriate candidates
Requirements
  • Experience in HR/Sourcing field for minimum 1 year
  • Understanding of the basic principles of the hiring process 
  • Desire to learn new technical fields
  • (Business) fluent English is required
  • Experience in creating unconventional solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
