We are currently seeking an Integration Engineer to be a key member of the Automotive Solutions Development department. As a team member, you will focus mainly on the assembly and debugging of complex electronic and optomechanical devices, with a high proportion of fieldwork. The Integration Engineer will be part of a multi-functional engineering team that works with customers worldwide to create breakthrough solutions for the vehicles of the future. Primary tasks

  • Top level structure preparation for our new systems to provide full compatibility between modules, cars and demo stands.
  • Installation, selection of optimal modes of operation and adjustment of devices developed by the company on rigs and in vehicle (laser modules, optical systems, GPS and RTK modules, sensors, computing modules, power supplies, etc.).
  • Flashing, calibration of devices, recording and first analysis of log files.
  • Error analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Running experiments.
  • Installing and configuring software and setup.
  • Conducting demonstrations of system operation.
  • Perform testing of all system units at different development stages.

Requirements

  • Technical background (preferably in electronics, optics, apparatus engineering).
  • English - upper-intermediate.
  • Basic knowledge of digital and analogue circuitry.
  • Basic optics knowledge.
  • Understanding of GPS, RTK, inertial sensors.
  • Knowledge of CAN, RS-232, RS-485 interfaces operating principles.
  • Windows, Linux at base level.
  • Experience in soldering would be preferred.
  • Broad technical knowledge.
