Senior Manager, Lifestyle Brand Retargeting
The Retargeting team is responsible for driving purchases from existing customers through display and social media advertising. We use complex algorithms to determine how much we're willing to pay to target each customer and to personalize our ads to maximize customer engagement. We do all of this in real time using cutting-edge marketing technology and measurement. We closely partner with internal teams (Data Science, Ad Tech, Engineering, and Product Management) and external vendors (all major display and social platforms) in order to expand our advertising reach, build innovative platforms, and provide an excellent customer experience. Because we're on the forefront of ad tech and personalization, we frequently partner with vendors to help guide their product roadmaps.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of direct reports to manage Retargeting advertising across all of our Lifestyle Brands
  • Manage and optimize multi-million dollar budgets to meet ROI goals to grow each Lifestyle Brand
  • Drive the Retargeting strategy and vision for each brand, partnering closely with the brands' GMs and CMOs as well as a cross functional team of Data Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Analysts
  • Spearhead the optimization of our post-ad on-site experience across all brands, partnering closely with our Product Management team
  • Identify future expansion opportunities and help set the vision and strategy for Retargeting across all brands and for Digital advertising more broadly
  • Partner closely with external vendors, including Google and Facebook, to test new advertising tools and to influence their product roadmaps

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years’ experience in ad technology, data science, management consulting, finance, and/or corporate strategy with a heavy analytical emphasis
  • Leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams to implement large scale initiatives
  • Proven record of high performance/achievement and driving impact; able to pivot quickly and deliver against daring targets & goals in a fast and rapidly evolving environment
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset; a desire for creative problem solving
  • Senior presence; ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Persuasive and articulate with excellent negotiations and relationship-building skills; able to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, R, and Python is a plus
