Title: Senior Engineer

Duties: Build and support software services and platforms that require architecting IT solutions, forward thinking and planning for growth. Create PowerShell scripts/modules for automating daily systems administration tasks. Write clean, high-performance, and well tested infrastructure code with a focus on reusability. Manage trust relationships between multiple forests and domains. Create and maintain detailed documentation and service topologies. Act as a mentor/resource for other IT Support teams. Maintain health and availability of global Active Directory forest. Understand, design, and implement Group Policy objects.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information technology, Engineering, or a directly related field plus seven (7) years of experience in an engineering role or a directly related technical role. Experience must include:
Three (3) years of experience in each of the following skills (experience may be gained concurrently):
1 - Windows systems such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Sites and Services;
2 - Microsoft Azure and managing hosts in the cloud;
3 - Authoring Puppet and Desired State Configuration (DSC);
4 - Managing full application stack with high availability requirements;
5 - Understanding of SSO technologies such as SAML 2.0 and adaptive MFA;
6 - Writing advanced level Powershell functions;
7 - Understanding of SCCM 2012, security best practices with administering a domain;
8 - Managing Microsoft Exchange 2013/Office 365 environnent;
9 - Influencing and creating partnership across corporate and production teams while partnering with
end user facing teams;
10 - Maintaining a large AD environment with Exchange and GP deployed applications; and
11 - Working with source control (SVN or Git).
