The TV & Mass Media team is looking for a driven, analytical leader to drive the growth of our International businesses through digital and offline marketing channels. This is a leadership role where you will define the overarching channel strategy, develop a media plan, and analyze results to continually evolve our media strategy based on performance trends. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and entrepreneurial individual interested in leading marketing campaigns aimed at generating awareness, shifting brand perceptions, and driving traffic for our international brands. 

What You'll Do 

  • Function as the General Manager of the channel, managing the overall execution, performance and effectiveness of Wayfair’s International TV & Mass Media campaigns 
  • Partner closely with media agencies and TV networks to drive best-in-class marketing campaigns across multiple markets 
  • Drive insights based on channel performance to shape future campaign and creative decisions 
  • Partner closely with Wayfair's creative team to develop creative concepts and testing pipeline 
  • Partner across the organization to develop robust channel measurement and attribution capabilities 
  • Develop talent within the organization, specifically managing and mentoring a small team of analysts 
  • Role is based in Boston. Minimal travel required (~3-4 times per year) 

What You'll Need 

  • 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce, consumer marketing, consulting, or related function 
  • Strong forecasting and analytics skills to understand what media strategies are winning and why 
  • Comfort solving ambiguous problems and exploring hypotheses to drive toward optimal solutions 
  • Experience managing and developing a team 
  • Track record of success developing relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Ability to think both creatively and critically; you’re willing to think outside the box, while also fairly evaluating all solutions in making strategic decisions 
  • Passion for driving brand growth in a fast-paced, data-driven culture 
  • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Marketing preferred 
  • Advanced in PowerPoint & Excel
