As growth continues to skyrocket, we are seeking an experienced, strategic, and analytical individual to accelerate recruiting for our Talent Acquisition organization. As a Recruiter for our Recruiting for Recruiters team (R4R), you will be responsible for driving rapid deployment of high performing talent into Talent Acquisition across all levels. What You'll Do
- Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to management by developing, driving, and executing strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
- Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process, advising your business partners along the way
- Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, interviewer preparedness, and effective interview structuring/formatting
- Track metrics and leverage data to create actionable insights to drive successful business outcomes
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment, strong preference for both
- Proven success of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth environment
- Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches
- Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
- Team oriented with ability to partner with, and build upon, the strengths of others to meet overall team goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
