Chat Sales Specialist 

Wayfair (NYSE: W) is one of the world's largest destinations for home goods. We are looking for a tech-savvy, self-motivated individual to join our Chat Sales Specialist team! This position will report into local sales managers. Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage, great benefits, paid time off, and a monthly bonus plan. What You'll Do/Who You Are

  • You communicate with our customers via software demonstrating excellent written communication
  • You use your expertise, creativity, and passion to discover more products and inspire customers’ confidence to buy
  • You meet or exceed all targets for revenue, close/conversion rate, CSAT, and more
  • As the voice of Wayfair, you must maintain professionalism during all interactions
  • You can simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies
  • You efficiently manage your time and always put the customer experience first
  • You ask great questions that allow you to inspire confidence and provide complete sales solutions for your customers
  • You believe relationships matter, are engaging and can leverage your personality to quickly connect with others
  • You play to win, have a positive outlook and are open to change
  • You solve problems by thinking critically and creatively
  • You thrive while working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are determined to always do the right thing

What You'll Need

  • Excellent written communication abilities
  • 2+ years of sales/service experience, preferably in a live chat environment
  • Ability to type 50+ WPM
  • Comfortable learning/using multiple software applications and tools
  • Can handle up to 5 conversations at one-time
