CastleGate

CastleGate is a business-to-business, technology-enabled logistics company tuned for ecommerce within Wayfair. CastleGate was created to dramatically improve consumers’ shopping experience, and develop a unique competitive advantage for Wayfair. The strategic principle of CastleGate is that we can create value by aggregating volume and developing unique and sophisticated technology solutions that no one supplier could afford to build. We do this by offering one and two-day delivery times, lower prices, and higher delivery quality of home products than has historically been possible. CastleGate partners with hundreds of home goods suppliers, and provides access to our rapidly expanding portfolio of logistics services. This is a distinct competitive advantage for Wayfair and a primary driver of our future growth and success.

The CastleGate team is developing, commercializing, and operating these services, and partnering with Wayfair suppliers, to accelerate business growth. All stakeholders are winning: consumers see a more compelling value proposition, suppliers’ businesses grow, and Wayfair grows while establishing a formidable competitive advantage.

CastleGate is growing quickly, and at the same time our service offering is expanding rapidly, which introduces both more power and more complexity to the solutions we offer. Continuing to drive this rapid progress will require a senior leadership team capable of building and executing strategy, developing innovative and high caliber teams, and partnering with suppliers at the most senior levels to advise them on making transformational decisions about the way they operate.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

Because we do business with the government, we must reach out to, hire, and provide equal opportunity to qualified people with disabilities1. To help us measure how well we are doing, we are asking you to tell us if you have a disability or if you ever had a disability.
