The Marketing Creative Strategy Associate position will drive the creative learning agenda for our WFUS & WFCA digital ad campaigns by working cross-functionally to develop new and innovative concepts, select products to be showcased in ads, measure and track performance across campaigns, as well as share lessons across the different channels and the organization. The MCS Associate will also assist with optimization of our digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative learning agenda across WFUS & WFCA brands and cohort teams.
  • Select imagery to be showcased in ads as corresponds to channel and brand strategy
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to develop display and paid social specific assets
  • Collect, prioritize, and assign resources to execute on creative initiatives across brands
  • Assist channel owners in developing creative concepts to drive customers through their buying journey and to the site, and communicate these concepts to the design team who will create the ads
  • Manage the creative development and testing process to minimize bottlenecks between cross-functional teams
  • Help champion a process to track and organize digital assets for future campaigns
  • Identify advertisement creative trends and best practices, share cross-functionally and incorporate into future design
  • Creatively optimize ads across all campaigns, ensuring viewers are exposed to the strongest and most relevant messaging
  • Utilize reporting tools to draw insight into creative and campaign performance
  • Identify strong performing publishers, share platform best practices,  and communicate effectively with external partners
