Technical Recruiter, Infrastructure & Platform

What You'll Do

  • Be part of a smaller team within TA that has a major impact on the business as a whole
  • Act as partner, consultant, and adviser to management by developing and executing strategies to recruit top talent in a highly competitive market
  • Support multiple technical verticals including: Distributed Systems, Big Data, Site Reliability Eng, Development Platforms, Emerging Technologies, and Employee Tech
  • Offer insight, best practices, and interview preparation to both candidates & hiring managers
  • Full lifecycle recruiting, guiding candidates and hiring managers through recruiting process, including sourcing, pre-qualifying & interviewing candidates, and driving the offer & negotiation process (both internally and externally)
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through transparent communication & timely responses, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Team mentality
  • Ability to pivot focus and learn new skill-sets in a timely manner
  • Strength in building trusted relationships with the business/clients at senior level and manage stakeholders effectively
  • Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Capable of pushing back on stakeholders and accountability
  • Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting (a plus)
  • Strategic analysis through recruiting data collected
