What You'll Do

  • You will act as partner, consultant and adviser by developing and executing strategies to recruit top talent for our Virtual or In-house Customer Service area
  • Lead your team to deliver business impact by establishing and optimizing our sourcing and interviewing strategies in ways that lead to measurable gains in our recruiting metrics
  • You will use data driven metrics and analysis to solve recruiting challenges and define success, translating metrics data into usable insights for stakeholders
  • Develop and lead a small team of 2-4 Recruiters, ensuring their growth through coaching and mentoring
  • You will recruit for Associate Director roles within the Sales & Service space from time to time
  • You'll share insight and best practices within your team, the larger talent team & with stakeholders

What You'll Need

  • Experience successfully leading and growing teams that are highly effective both in terms of impact and team culture
  • You are passionate about talent acquisition, with a lens for exceptional candidate experience
  • You have strong analytical skills with a demonstrated record of turning data into actionable insights
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strength in building trusted relationships with business stakeholders and a team
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
