As a Recruiting Associate, you are responsible for supporting a wide-range of roles, stakeholders, and candidates. What You'll Do

  • Greet and manage the interview process for walk-in candidates
  • Coordinate and facilitate recruiting events including registration, advertisements, supplies, and facilities
  • Use data to track the success and optimize the process of recruiting events
  • Maintain job postings in the ATS and on external job boards
  • Collaborate with local recruitment team to support a best in class employment experience
  • Manage candidates through the pre-employment screening process from time of offer to start date
  • Establish and maintain site specific social media pages and local recruiting tactics
  • Promote the referral program internally through signage, contests, and awareness of onsite recruiting events
  • Partner with team members on researching community partnerships and training programs
  • Participate in projects enhancing the recruiting process and hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Assist with sourcing of candidates for critical roles
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned

What You'll Need

  • Proficient using MS Word and Excel
  • Proven success delivering results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
  • A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt well to change and think both creatively and critically to overcome challenges
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing a positive customer experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
