  • Support Wavy platforms and applications
  • Be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
  • Investigate problems and provide creative solutions to several kinds of issues
  • Interact with our clients to solve their problems
  • Perform triage, root cause analysis, debugging and troubleshooting across our messaging platforms
  • Lead and participate in customer facing calls helping to communicate progress updates, action plans, and resolution details
  • Document procedures and share the knowledge with the team


  • A real passion for and proven experience of supporting technology across multiple platforms High Ownership skills
  • Eager to learn new things
  • People with good time management
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Technical language skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish
  • Experience with issue trackers like Jira
  • Knowledge in Office Package and Google Drive
  • Have initiative to make improvements and help the team
