CHALLENGE

Create the WOW factor in customer experience with great solutions and good service for our internal and external clients.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Support Wavy platforms and applications
  • Be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
  • Investigate problems and provide creative solutions to several kinds of issues
  • Interact with our clients to solve their problems
  • Perform triage, root cause analysis, debugging and troubleshooting across our messaging platforms
  • Lead and participate in customer facing calls helping to communicate progress updates, action plans, and resolution details
  • Identify repetitive problems and generate automated solutions
  • Document procedures and share the knowledge with the team
  • Collect logs and information necessary to request support from other teams, such as Engineering, Infrastructure and Development

IT WILL BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish
  • Domain at least one language like: python, ruby, php, perl, javascript, lisp. Scheme or clojure
  • Database: Solid knowledge in SQL Postgres, SQL Server, (Desirable Big Query)
  • Knowledge of basic network design, and security (will be a plus)
  • Ability to work with queuing protocols
  • Knowledge on TCP/IP networks (focus on troubleshooting) 
  • Experience supporting Java execution environment
  • Experience supporting REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana 
  • Experience in visualizing data in Kibana (will be a plus)
  • Experience with issue trackers like Jira
  • Knowledge in GitHub and Jenkins (will be a plus)
  • Knowledge in support of cloud servers and containers
  • Knowledge of bots and integrations with Whatsapp (will be a plus)
