Responsibilities

  • Work with the executive team to develop and implement the strategy for product positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and pricing of our software product
  • Assist in delineating market segments, and drive our sales and marketing efforts to efficiently generate demand and adoption of the platform within these segments
  • Work closely with potential and current customers to understand their needs, prioritize them, and interface with engineering 
  • Help iteratively refine product monetization and business model 
  • Contribute to generating data sheets, white papers, web site copy, and other marketing materials 

Qualifications

  • Previous  experience delivering products to market in the storage/compute, Bio-IT, or NGS spaces and determining product-market fit
  • A highly analytical approach
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally with the engineering team
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
