World of Warships team in Belgrade is looking for a creative Game Designer (Meta), out of the box thinker who is able to bring fresh ideas and a unique perspective to the table. World of Warships game is a free-to-play naval action MMO that puts players in command of some of the most iconic ships in history. From agile destroyers to mighty battleships, players can choose from a variety of classes and nations as they battle it out on the high seas.

What will you do?

• Generate ideas for the meta development of the World of Warships project
• Create and maintain design documentation for new and existing features
• Organize the produce processes of individual features from idea to release: write technical specifications, set tasks and monitor their execution
• Organize and moderate meetings and brainstorms
• Conduct analytics of released features, process data, build hypotheses and propose solutions to problems

What are we looking for?

• Be able to write clear and structured design documents
• Be able to present your ideas convincingly to colleagues
• Understand the specifics of session free-to-play online games

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Have experience playing World of Warships
• Have an extensive and diverse gaming experience
• Have experience working with game analytics on a released project
• Be confident in mathematics (statistics, probability theory)
• Have experience working with version control systems (Git)
• Be able to use Python at the level of reading and understanding the general structure of the code
• Be able to use Excel, be able to both process information and present it in the form of accessible infographics
