お客様の問い合わせに迅速かつプロフェッショナルに対応すること

部署マネジャーの指導のもと、お客様と直接コミュニケーションを行うこと

口頭または文章において、要望に対して迅速かつ的確な返答を行うこと

データ入力および関係部署へのデータ処理依頼

Job Overview
The Customer Service representative will provide customers with supports for WARGAMING.NET products. The ideal candidate is an experienced customer service specially, who is willing to serve our players inquires for outstanding customer satisfaction and has passion for PC game.
Reports To
Regional CS Manager, WoWS APAC.
What will you do?
-
Answer customers inquiries promptly and professionally in Japanese

Communicate with customers effectively under the guidance of the Department Manager
-
Provide prompt and effective response to customers in verbal/written communication
-
Analyse the responsible market to improve the satisfaction level of local customer
-
Share your idea for product improvement and development
What are we looking for?
-
Japanese native or at least JLPT 1
-
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
-
Passion for Games
-
High school Graduate, Associates Degree preferred
-
At least minimum 3 year of relevant experience in Customer Service industry
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
-
Willing to work in alternating shifts
What additional skills will help you stand out?

Excellent written and verbal communications skills in any other Asian language is a big plus
-
Advanced written and verbal communications skills in English
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, or equivalent tools
-
Strong sense of customer service & Excellent troubleshooting skills
-
Excellent knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
