Supply Chain Coordinator

Warby Parker is on the lookout for an analytical, detail-obsessed Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Logistics team and help us monitor day-to-day supply chain activities. In this role, you’ll analyze performance and ensure our internal processes are operating smoothly and our partner organizations are completing tasks effectively and on time. You’ll focus on addressing exceptions, with the goal of delivering all orders and transfers as expected. Sound up your alley? Keep reading.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and manage reports on regular supply chain metrics, flagging any anomalies or actions needed to relevant team members 
• Monitor and take action to resolve exceptions across internal transfers and purchase orders, as well as customer orders and returns
• Communicate with our partner organizations to align on expectations and prioritization 
• Execute analyses to support projects and initiatives geared toward improving supply chain performance
• Support the Associate Manager of Supply Chain Management in documenting and sizing opportunities to improve agreements with both existing partners and potential new partners 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams, as well as with external partners

Who you are:

• Backed by 1+ years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or other data analysis tools
• Savvy in the analysis and interpretation of data
• Able to independently identify and communicate problems—and recommend solutions
• An exceptional communicator who can collaborate effectively
• Attentive to detail, spotting and resolving issues when reviewing data
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• A self-starter who’s comfortable navigating uncharted territory
• Not on the Officer of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit: 

• 1+ years of experience in finance, economics, retail, supply chain management, or a related field
• Familiarity with Oracle, Anaplan, or Looker
