Warby Parker is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing robust financial models, insightful analyses, and reporting on business performance and trends, as well as supporting the development of communication materials for the Board of Directors, investors, and internal teams. The right candidate for this role will have the ability to think critically, a strong analytical background translating data to insights, and an operational mindset. What you’ll do:
- Create and manage dynamic and scalable financial models, developing compelling outputs that track business metrics and performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Use your financial prowess and Excel expertise to develop and deliver thoughtful reporting to the FP&A team and other supporting departments (e.g., Investor Relations and Marketing)
- Provide integral support on key FP&A team deliverables, including annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly financial projections, Board of Directors meeting preparation, quarterly earnings, and other internal/external business reporting
- Support the Investor Relations function during quarterly earnings, assisting with external target setting, investor presentations, and earnings call scripts
- Provide analytical and strategic support for key business decisions related to our media strategy and customer analytics
- Lead identification and support for high-impact special projects across the entire organization, collaborating closely with business owners from other departments
Who you are:
- Equipped with 3+ years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical role at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm, or high-growth consumer-facing operating company
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the thorough accounting knowledge required to build comprehensive financial models
- Naturally curious with a passion for solving problems using data and analytics
- Able to work with large amounts of data and detail without losing sight of the big picture
- A self-starter who is able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, take initiative, and work independently
- An excellent communicator who loves to share findings and actionable insights
- Collaborative and excited to work with many different teams across the company
- Passionate about direct-to-consumer businesses and excited to support the growth and development of an organization that delivers a best-in-class customer experience

- Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra credit:
- Experience with Looker or a similar data visualization tool
- Familiarity with cloud-based planning and reporting tools like Oracle EPM and Anaplan
- Performance and/or digital marketing experience

Warby Parker, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York at the time of posting. Warby Parker may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus and an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package.
