Warby Parker is on the lookout for a driven performance marketing specialist to join our team as an Associate Manager. The ideal candidate will have expertise in offline marketing channels including direct mail, as they will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing direct mail media. They will also play a key role in driving performance and executing strategy across various marketing channels, including linear TV, streaming, online video, podcasts, and more. What you’ll do:

  • Reporting & Analysis: Create and present detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations based on data
  • Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address needs related to direct mail and other offline marketing initiatives 
  • Creative Briefs: Develop clear and actionable creative briefs, collaborating with internal teams and agencies to ensure alignment with campaign goals
  • Project Management: Oversee campaign execution, manage timelines, and coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and mailing houses to ensure quality and budget adherence
  • Strategy & Optimization: Support the development of marketing strategies and execute various types of testing, including A/B, incrementally, pulse, and creative—always working to refine tactics based on performance data insights

Agency Management: Help maintain clear direction and manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with our marketing strategies and objectives

Who you are:

  • Backed by 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on offline marketing
  • A result-focused, detailed-oriented thinker who’s equal parts creative and analytical
  • Someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, both in written and verbal forms
  • A quick learner who can swiftly, accurately, and efficiently analyze data, and intelligently tell a story based on the information
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously and working cross functionally across both internal and external teams
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Warby Parker, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York at the time of posting. Warby Parker may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus and an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package.
