We’re on the lookout for a super creative, highly results-oriented Associate Brand Manager to help us continue to drive and define the Warby Parker brand. In this role, you’ll initiate and develop thoughtful opportunities through compelling concepts, partnerships, and projects that create unique brand moments, generate energy, and propel demand for our products. On your docket: making Warby Parker a household name, connecting with key people and communities in meaningful ways, and working to transform the eyewear industry while also demonstrating that for-profit companies can do good in the world.

What you’ll do:

  • Focus on brand partnerships, projects, and collaborations by developing concepts, supporting cross-functional integration, crafting groundbreaking plans, and executing them to the highest standards
  • Act as a keeper of the brand to amplify, articulate, and execute creative programs—both internally and externally—that embody Warby Parker’s unique qualities
  • Drive marketing efforts across the organization, execute creative ideas, and deliver concepts to support our ambitious growth objectives
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with a variety of partners: key influencers; past, present, and future collaborators; friends of the brand; iconic eyeglasses-wearers; and cultural insiders
  • Optimize processes to ensure on-strategy programs are executed on time and within budget
  • Lead key project coordination—from positioning and strategic planning, to launching and tracking KPIs
  • Partner with the Brand Design, Social Media and Communications teams to translate product and project strategies into noteworthy narratives that resonate with our customers and meet our awareness, positioning, and commercial goals
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to ensure project alignment from ideation through execution
  • Act as a Brand point-person across the organization for department needs

Who you are:

  • Backed by 4–6 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing. Experience in creative, journalism, social media, and/or digital platforms is a plus.
  • Equipped with the skill of running and integrated brand marketing process (you’ve overseen multiple small- and large-scale projects at the same time)
  • A highly creative and non-traditional thinker who is able to articulate your vision to inspire others (colleagues, partners, and customers)
  • A Warby Parker superfan who knows our brand inside and out and who’s committed to the spirit and intent of our core values
  • A creative, innovative thinker who not only appreciates creating unique experiences but also understands the steps it takes to build them
  • Able to leverage (and build upon) your existing network of peers and partners from across creative, cultural, and social communities
