Our Brand Design team is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help translate Warby Parker’s identity and values into beautiful assets used throughout our omni-channel experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with other Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and others to support design needs from every department across the company. Using your keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, you’ll also make sure our vision stays consistent, no matter the platform or campaign. What you’ll do:

  • Dream up, design, and deliver print and digital assets for all of our brand efforts (books, in-store signage and graphics, landing pages, the works!)
  • Provide direction and feedback for retouching product photography
  • Prepare pre-production documents for small-scale shoots and provide support as needed for large-scale shoots
  • Assist with brainstorming and executing digital designs for all product launches—from typefaces to layouts
  • Support a variety of cross-functional projects by creating retail signage, packaging, collaboration, and event collateral
  • Work closely and cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders, including Creative Managers, Copywriters, and business leaders throughout the company
  • Live and breathe our brand guidelines, upholding the value of good design within the team and across the company
  • Use your design prowess to make sure all of our projects and platforms are visually consistent
  • Support the development of Performance Marketing assets, as well as various collateral and production files for our Retail team

Who you are:

  • Backed by 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Armed with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, communication design, or a related field
  • A respectful communicator and collaborator when working with internal or external stakeholders
  • Steeped in design, fashion, editorial, film, technology, and retail trends, and well aware of visual history and classical references
  • A go-getter who’s able to adapt when problem solving and meeting deadlines
  • Confident talking through your work and your design execution
  • A driven, positive team player who does what it takes to get the job done right—and right on time
  • A champion of great design (and of Warby Parker!)
  • An Adobe Creative Suite wizard (you can skillfully navigate Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Bridge)
  • Not on the Officer of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

  • Illustration experience
  • Knowledge of video editing and animation software, like AfterEffects or Premiere
  • Knowledge of web design programs, like Sketch or prototyping programs
  • Prior use of Jira project management system
