We are currently looking for Customer Success Heroes to join our quickly growing team. Our ideal candidate is Customer minded with the ability to think outside the box to best resolve Customer issues. This is a fun, fast paced position with opportunity for advancement.
This is how you can contribute to our success:
- Resolve escalated customer service matters in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with troubleshooting assembly issues
- Respond to a high volume of customer order and product inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Accurately enter and upload orders in our customized ERP
- Reply to and assist with shipping issues, including submitting lost shipment claims with carriers
- Work with Accounting and Partner Growth teams to process credits
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet commitments and goals
- Participate in company provided educational opportunities to improve knowledge and performance level
- Microsoft Office experience is required
- 1 + years of experience in a customer service role via phone, email, or chat support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional accuracy/attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- The ability to work in an office setting, sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed, especially during Q4
- NetSuite and Zendesk experience a plus, but not required.
- Bi-Lingual (English/French), is a plus, but not required.
- A team-player who has a fun, go getter attitude.
Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Options for various schedules including nights and weekends will be considered.
