About this opportunity

You will be the Executive Assistant to our Co-Founder and CEO, Amine Bellakrid. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to managing:

  • His calendar and eventually emails
  • Document search and retrieval
  • Bill and subscription payments
  • Small research and planning projects
  • Generally taking on tasks will speed him up

and, Office Management responsibilities including coming into the office in East Williamsburg several times per week (per Covid guidelines) to attend to the common needs of the office.

Who you are

  • Based in NYC or Brooklyn area
  • Passionate about organization scheduling
  • Able to manage competing priorities
  • Clear communicator, both verbally and written
  • Empathetic, looking for opportunities to help others
  • Experience in managing several tasks in a fast-paced environment or workplace
  • Can complete an EA focus take-home test
