Summary
The primary responsibility will be managing our fleet of vehicles at the branch as well as vehicles on location at specific sites and be responsible for all fleet maintenance and record keeping. You will be responsible in maintaining inventory and current status and location of all branch vehicles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• The role will support Learning & Development functions that include but are not limited to the following:
• Plan and coordinate all virtual and live training events;
• Prepare materials and planning activities for all virtual and live training events;
• Present and make recommendations regarding course design, technology, and instruction delivery options;
• Works with subject matter experts to gather information and material to develop instructional content, materials and products such as lesson plans, student and instructor guides, presentations, infographics, quick reference guides, checklists, etc.
• Adapt instructional content or delivery methods for different levels or types of learners;
• Develop measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions;
• Research and evaluate emerging instructional technologies or methods;
• Ensure branding integrity is upheld;
• Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
• Maintain the fleet vehicles both at the branch and on respective sites. Maintain updated spreadsheet with all applicable information on each fleet vehicle.
• Coordinate with team personnel for repairs and maintenance. Conduct inspections of vehicles to ensure there is no damage.
• Work with Training Specialist to schedule and instruct on-site classes to include (Armed Training, LTL, CPR/AED, and Initial SO Training). Work together with Training Specialist to ensure files are continually maintained and up to date. Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in the security industry is not necessary.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet programs, Word
Processing software and other software as required.
