Customer Service Fulfillment and E-commerce Support - Candidate Job Description

The Wag! customer care team is looking to hire Fulfillment and E-commerce Support to help with our growing Customer Care Team.

WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT:

The purpose of this role is to be the point of contact between our procurement center, and Wag! walkers and pet parents. Procurement Support will communicate with owners via email and text regarding lock box and swag orders, tracking, and shipping to troubleshooting and remedy issues while providing courteous customer care.


DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicating with customers regarding lock box orders & issues
Process returns and exchanges, as well as handling any address or shipping issues
Process shipping address verifications and holds.
Answer emails and texts pertaining to lock box issues, orders, cancellations, and troubleshooting
Report to management on lb stats and numbers daily

Qualifications: The perfect candidate for this position must be able to

Operate CRM applications, Zendesk preferred.
Manage large amounts of incoming emails.
Understand and manage delivery platforms (shipwire/shipstation).
Create, place and track/manage Purchase Orders (PO).
Communicate across internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Go the extra mile to engage customers.
