Wag Customer Service department is looking for a Dispatch lead for Saturday-Sunday 11am to 7pm and Monday-Wednesday 2-10
Who you are:
Candidate should have an understanding of all areas of Dispatch, or be able to quickly develop this knowledge.
Candidate will be responsible for assigning reps to all areas of Dispatch that require coverage. Rep assignments should be clear and made available to other areas of the customer care team. Needs in certain areas will change throughout the day and week.
Candidate should be able to multi task, while staying on top of Reps and ensuring productivity.
Candidate should be ready to answer questions and provide advice for Dispatch reps requiring assistance or guidance. While the Dispatch Lead won’t always train directly with new reps, the Dispatch Lead should be ready to train new reps when needed.
Candidate will be responsible for analyzing and diagnosing current needs for the team while forecasting needs for later in the day and for the rest of the week.
Candidate should be personable and approachable and be a supportive member to the entire Wag team.
