The Wag Customer Service department is looking for a shift lead position.

Who you are:

This candidate should be able to manage a team of agents while coordinating and executing floor plans effectively. 

Must have the ability to manage and enforce daily agent utilization.

Daily communication with leadership throughout your shift, updating your team with any immediate changes.

Ability to communicate work procedures effectively.

Ability to handle complaints that meet Wag's standards.

Candidate with proven customer service skills and ability. 

Ability to remain cool, calm and collected under pressure and effectively multi task.

Keep track of attendance, and coaching agents as needed.

Ability to train and manage new representatives effectively.


Most of all MUST have Positive attitude and the strong ability to work in a team environment.
