As a Product Manager at Wag!, you’ll be getting in on the ground floor as one of our first product hires and will be collaborating daily with Wag’s founding and senior team members. We’re currently growing at an incredible pace, and are well-funded by the same investors as Uber, Slack, and WeWork, so you'll have no shortage of challenges and opportunities.

You’ll work hard, but in exchange you’ll have real ownership over the features you’re working on and will be asked to make quick decisions in a highly collaborative environment.
The right PM candidate will have a ton of energy, insatiable curiosity, raw intellectual horsepower, and the ability to ship an MVP and analyze data to make decisions on killing features or expanding upon them.
What we’re looking for:
You have anywhere from 2-10 years experience in Product Management at a consumer mobile app (bonus points for marketplaces!) with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives with your fingerprints all over them
You can lead cross-functional and full-stack teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver on a product vision
You have a growth mindset
You’re passionate about building businesses, not features. You know what matters the most to make the company and its customers successful, and you bring a laser focus to your team while managing chaos, ambiguity and complexity in a detailed and organized way
You have a bias toward action: You are a great collaborator, master disambiguator/simplifier, and are constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
You’re both data-driven and empathetic; you have the ability to analyze data from a variety of sources (quantitative and qualitative) to identify key insights, uncover customer pain points, spot optimization opportunities, and propose new offerings
You’ve done scrappy user research, and aren’t afraid to get out of the office and talk to real customers and walkers -- even if it means you may be proven wrong sometimes
You know a thing or two about marketplaces, and terms like liquidity, demand curve, and concentration intrigue you rather than scare you
You bring something special to the table: whether through your fascination with human psychology and behavioral economics, or in your love of statistics and pricing theory, or through an obsession with creative user acquisition, you have skills that can help take our marketplace to the next level
