Wade is our chat-based AI RecruiterBot, connecting job seekers and hiring managers. For job seekers, he's career guide and guru, helping you find the place where you belong. For hiring managers, he's the ultimate partner, finding the perfect candidates with a deep understanding of what - and who - your team needs.

Wendy helps hiring teams manage high volume roles. When candidates apply, Wendy deploys a first-round interview using our dynamic chat interface. This allows teams to identify candidates they otherwise may have missed and spend more time engaging candidates that are the best fit for the role.

Our team is backed by Slack, ffVC, Randstad and other great VCs, as we bring AI and machine learning to the recruiting/HR space - all in order to make the process of building teams more human.


What's the Role?

We're looking for an ace coordinator: you'll be helping manage all the logistics that make our hiring machine hum - from the scheduling process and communication standards to client research and pipeline snapshots. You'll help us identify the most forward-looking technologies and practices to make our recruiting the best out there :)

And in the end, you'll be working to build up our already-incredible team of data scientists, engineers, designers, writers and more.

What will you do?

  • Manage the scheduling process and candidate communication.
  • Handle the reporting, feedback collection and other analytics.
  • Help optimize our job posting and hiring brand publicity
  • Develop and implement organized recruiting processes utilizing Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System. 


What have you done?

  • Understood the joys and pains of technical recruiting from inside an agency or tech company?
  • Employed novel methods for reaching the most talented people out there (particularly in the tech world)?
  • Become fluent in the world of recruiting tools and marketplaces like LinkedIn, Vettery, Entelo, etc.?

Who are you?

  • A true taskmaster - highly organized, can develop processes to last and manage the day to day execution?
  • An off-the-charts communicator: empathetic and understand the needs of both teams and job seekers?
