What you will do
- Drafts correspondence, reports, takes meeting minutes and performs administrative duties
- Monitors and addresses all incoming faxes and mail to all teams
- Assists with sending outbound letters & mailing campaigns
- Provides phone coverage and support for care teams
- Ownership and ongoing access to multiple EMR systems
- Distributes EMR information across multiple teams
- Updates, manages and distributes files
- Schedules meetings with internal and external key stakeholders
- Prepares thorough and concise reports
- Prepares presentation materials, creates charts, graphs and tables
- Manages special projects as assigned
- Travel required (as needed)
What will make you successful here
- BS or BA from a four-year accredited University
- At least 2 years of experience in Operations or support role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Experience working multiple EMR systems required
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of ownership and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Solution oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively in decision-making
- Strong work ethic to exceed expectations and goals
- Coachable and able to take direction and feedback well, yet being forward-thinking to challenge the status quo
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
