Position Overview:

The Account Operations Associate is responsible for supporting Account Managers (AMs) and Client Group Executives (CGEs) with key aspects of the Consulting Operations function in prioritized areas of the business. The Account Operations Associate will report to the Business Development (BD) Director, interacting extensively with AMs, CGEs, and Operations Team as well as Finance and Consulting team members.  The initial focus of this role will be to support larger Account teams that have a significant presence both from a financial and a consulting headcount perspective.

Location: Philadelphia Preferred, Other US Hub or Spoke considered

Responsibility/Essential Function:

        Account Financial Operations

  • Statement of Work Creation Support and Quality Assurance (including deliverable, resourcing and financial tables)
  • PO Administration / Follow-ups / Tracking
  • Monthly reporting on POs and outstanding funds
    • Including interfacing with our clients’ admins to ensure proper setup and administration
  • Invoicing Reviews
  • Performs detailed review and approval in Financial Force system (AM reviews in offline format)
  • Sales Bonus Allocation Administration
  • Distribute team member communication e-mails to support the scale/volume of Sales Bonus Allocations on large accounts
  • Submit final allocations via Financial Force upon approval
  • Support Account Manager in maintaining Account revenue forecast on an ongoing basis
  • Expense budget management – cross projects, and non-billable
  • Inizio related pricing analysis and submission support (pricing council, rate cards, etc.)
  • Support Opportunity tracking and management processes (as needed)

      Account Team Experience Enablement

  • Team member onboarding and logistics
    • IT set-up & tracking
    • badging process support
  • Offboarding – process facilitation
  • Client Account Management (CAM) support
  • Maintain go-to structure in Financial Force
  • Assistance with execution of in-person client events
  • As needed, manage client group and account-level expense budget(s)

      Account Reporting & Ad-hoc Initiatives

  • Ad-hoc reporting requests from Procurement function and/or internal Inizio requests
  • Support consistent maintenance of finance and operational exhibits for Account Plan
  • Managing the client gift giving process
  • Support of BD initiatives that impact pricing of Vynamic services aligned to our value

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years of experience with reporting/analytics
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Basic working knowledge of reporting/analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, keeping track of many moving pieces amid constant change
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent follow-up skills and attention to details
