Position Overview:
The Pricing Associate primarily supports the Finance Function and reports to the Finance Director. This role will provide detailed analysis on the direction of our pricing evolution and work closely between our Finance and Business Development teams. The Pricing Associate is responsible for preparing rate analysis across Clients, Sectors, and Roles, company profitability, peer pricing and rate benchmarking as well as managing a formalized pricing checklist.

Pricing Analysis
Provide daily pricing request summaries to the Finance Director including rates, duration, and resourcing on opportunities to aid in pricing approval process
Coordinate all New Client Pricing requests through the Head of New Client Acquisition
Document and track inflation indices by geography; monthly refresh of the CPI Calculator for all negotiated rate card accounts
Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to BD / Finance
Responsible for updating Pricing Model tool, including rates, Services, geographies, and holidays.
Compare sales trends to previous periods and determine the cause for the increase or decrease in total value related to rate movements
Deliver monthly rate metrics to Client Group Executives, Account Managers, and Leadership Team in combination with the Business Development Team
Manage and support roll out of future rate cards including GBP and FX conversions
Calculate uplift due to pricing initiatives and report progress to leadership (Vynamic and Inizio Leadership)
Support Finance director in semi-annual Client Plan forecasting
Review financial data in all Statements of Work and approve in Financial Force after pricing analysis is complete
Provide operational KPIs including overrun rate, recovery rate, and average achieved rates
Run monthly utilization reporting across sectors identifying areas of investment
Translate any concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestions to Finance Director
Coordinate pricing committee approvals across multiple stakeholders

Lead Delivery Excellence training on Pricing and SOWs to all Vynamic new hires in collaboration with the Business Development team
Store all Signed Contracts in Financial Force including SOWs, MSAs, LOEs, and NDAs
Maintain Finance Checklist around roles and responsibilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, Finance Major Preferred
2-3 years of experience working in Finance for a professional services firm
High business acumen
