To help take Voxie to the next level, we are seeking a Head of Product, who wants to be part of building the early team of a fast-growing company, influencing a world-class culture. We are seeking a leader who will build a team of sharp, passionate and empathetic individuals, while quickly bringing Voxie to be recognized as the number one conversational marketing platform.

In this role, you will...

  • Define, manage and deliver superior value 
  • Be an expert of market trends, anticipating product successes and flaws, while building valuable solutions
  • Create the product vision and strategy, while tracking success by utilizing strong data
  • Own everything from writing product requirement documentation, organizing road map sessions, and making tradeoffs on what to build with the right metrics defined 
  • Work closely with engineering to set and hit goals in a timely manner, while lobbying for priorities across multiple functions
  • Remove obstacles for your team members to execute at their highest ability 

 

To find success, you should...

  • Have 7+ years of experience in building successful products, working with Engineering and Go To Market teams
  • Be experienced in marketing technology, automation, SMS, email or related fields ideally focused on consumer brands
  • Thrive on a team - you're a team player, with extreme comfort in knowing when to pushback, or when to make concessions for the overall success of the team
  • Live by data - understand how to collect it, how to analyze it, and how to take the appropriate actions to inflict change
  • Thrive on ambiguity. Every day is different, and each day we get better than we were yesterday
  • Have led a team and worked closely with both the technical and go to market sides of the business
