To help take Voxie to the next level, we are seeking a VP of Sales, who wants to be part of building the early team of a fast-growing company, influencing a world-class culture. We are seeking a leader who will build a team of sharp, passionate and empathetic individuals, while quickly bringing the Voxie’s product to be recognized as the number one conversational marketing platform.

In this role, you will...

  • Refine the GTM strategy, while implementing strong initiatives, strategies and programs that will strategically identify, approach and close key clients
  • Train, coach and mentor the sales team, while instituting a world-class, performance-driven culture
  • Be an expert in the market. You will understand market shifts, identify emerging opportunities and have a finger on the state of competition
  • Manage the overall pipeline, while producing accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Create a roadmap for the next 3-5 years; defining annual revenue, expansion goals, aligning product roadmap to the top line sales and growth strategy

To find Success, you should...

  • Have 5+ years of experience leading a team selling to SMB and MM customers (bonus points for MarTech experience)
  • Be an innovative leader, with the resourcefulness to deliver strong results, inspire change and influence others
  • Be strategic, while still willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team throughout the full sales cycle to help drive positive results
  • Strong data and analytical skills, you understand how to find, utilize, and manipulate data 
  • Thrive working cross-functionally, as a key leader in the company to help problem solve and drive the business forward
