Our People Team strives to create a welcoming and inclusive culture where all Vouch employees can thrive. We are looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our growing People Team. The ideal candidate has experience in a growth environment executing across various areas of HR including- HR Operations, Payroll, Onboarding, L&D, Employee Relations, and compliance.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage day to day HR processes and procedures
Manage onboarding process, including employee training schedules, new hire communications, and onboarding surveys
Assist with the performance management process including managing setting up the review process and driving communication with the team
Collaborate with Head of People and managers to establish a regular cadence of employee events and team bonding activities, including event planning for teams and company-wide events
Develop scalable processes for key HR process including org changes, employee data changes, terminations, and leaves of absence
Partner with leadership team to analyze employee engagement trends and develop action plans
Manage PEO relationship including setting up and running payroll
Assist with developing and implementing learning and development programs
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
About you:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of HR experience in a high growth organization
Knowledge of best practices in most facets of HR
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer-service mentality
Able to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
Ability to wear many hats
