Job Profile: Programme Director, Sales and Success Operations

Location: London Office contract with hybrid working expectations and some travel

What you will do:

  • Manage and co-ordinate the overall portfolio of key projects in a structured, measured manner aligned with the organizational goals.
  • Create and deliver a clear PMO and end to end delivery approach supported by appropriate governance, escalations and processes.
  • Drive and align cross functional teams in the delivery of their key transformation outcomes within projects/programmes. 
  • Create governance and workstream cadence which brings technology, sales and operations together in line with project objectives.
  • Ensure project milestones are met within set timelines, budget, and quality criteria. 
  • Drive organizational change and provide comprehensive project and transformational expertise, drawing from the experience of complex change programs. 
  • Implement proactive stakeholder management strategies, including organizational change, communications, training, and engagement, and tailor deliverables to suit individual audience needs.
  • Implement a robust communication strategy to keep all parties informed and engaged and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving among team members. 
  • Set clear standards and PPM methodologies across both the organization and within the sales and success operations organization including mentoring and coaching of colleagues within the team.
  • Collaborate with project leads/DRIs to define goals, actions, and success metrics for each workstream. Conduct regular reviews and adapt strategies as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the project.
  • Proactively manage RAID and drive resolution and escalation as necessary to ensure key milestones and outcomes.
  • Work with analytics teams to establish and track key metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

What you will bring:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex portfolio/programmes towards multi-million dollar outcomes.
  • Extensive experience in outcome delivery through a structured PPM approach from discovery/business case through to benefits realization.
  • Experience in establishing a running a lean but effective PMO driving key outcomes and communicating progress.
  • Experience of collaborating and driving cross functional executives towards key portfolio goals.
  • Strong numerical focus enabling measurement and understanding of KPI achievement and required actions against projects milestones.
  • Experience working in a global business environment, understanding cultural nuances and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in SaaS/telco is a bonus but not required.
