Why this role matters
As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the EMEA Regional Sales VP and the regional sales teams. Your daily activities will require coordination across multiple teams within the sales organization, as well as other business lines within Vonage.

What you'll do
Support the EMEA Head of Sales and the EMEA sales team
Support marketing and internal employee engagement programs
Data collection and analysis for improvement of operational metrics such as forecasting, cross-functional team coordination, data integrity and updation
Collaborate with the appropriate members of the Sales Operations team
Collate data on new wins and losses for further analysis
Manage the uploading of invoices to customer account portals and coordinate with finance for accurate tracking

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Resourceful, proactive, and adaptive in dealing with operational hurdles
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining overall team goals
What's required for application
2+ years of work experience, preferably within a sales organization
4 year college degree
Prior experience with Salesforce and Google G-Suite
Good English communication skills
