Channel Sales leverages partner relationships to sell Vonage products and services. We work with existing partners and develop relationships with potential new partners to support the company’s ongoing sales growth and success. As a Channel Support Manager, you will support an assigned region or product area while gaining exposure across the full range of what we do.

What you will do
Drive activity to support new agent partners for Vonage (i.e. value-added resellers, MSPs, telco agents) through cold calling, networking, referrals and telemarketing.
Maintain new recruitment activity through Salesforce.com.
Engage in the sales process from beginning of relationship through install.
Support and train new and existing agents, agent employees and sub-agents.
Assist current partners with revenue generating activities, including webinars, conference calls and lunch-and-learns.
Stay in front of partners through timely response to inquiries and requests, handling routine issues and escalating the more complex and difficult to resolve.
Onboard new partners through on-site training, follow-up webinars and online training classes.
Ensure a quality first experience / first installation.
Develop progress reports and communicate project status to management.
Track daily activity and monthly results
Support team and cross-functional projects as assigned.
Manage Commission Resolutions to ensure Channel Partner satisfaction.
What you will bring
General understanding of the full range of products and services provided by Vonage Business.
Demonstrated proficiency in all areas of the sales cycle, including initial discovery, presentation, demonstration and closing.
Familiarity with Microsoft business tools, Salesforce.com and other communication tools.
Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening.
What is required of you
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
Prior experience (2-3 years) in a Channel Sales or related role.
Prior experience working with Salesforce.com
